Shipping Policy

All of our jewellery is made-to-order with your Diamonds or Gemstones
Therefore we take great care from the beginning to the end of your Ring Reno to ensure the safekeeping of your jewellery. We work with customers across Canada.

Once we’ve agreed on the design of your new jewellery, and if you have opted for fully insured FedEx overnight delivery, we will send you a FedEx shipping label including insurance based on your Ring Reno Evaluation. Please print out this label according to the FedEx instructions. 

Then safely pack your jewellery in a standard size flat box and drop at any FedEx shipping depot. You will get a receipt from FedEx at this point. 

If you have opted to Drop-Off your jewellery at our studio, please come by during studio hours or call/email us to make an appointment on the weekend or evenings.

We are a boutique jewellery studio located in Niagara on the Lake and we only accept projects within Canada.
